The Fonder Theatre in LA played host to the Strange ’80s benefit concert over the weekend, which saw everyone from Anthrax’s Scott Ian and Corey Taylor to Weird Al Yankovic and Tenacious D perform ’80s songs for to raise funds for the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, which is much like our own excellent Support Act charity in Australia.

Tenacious D performed an amazing cover of REO Speedwagon’s power pop anthem ‘Keep On Loving You’, and a cover of The Jeffersons theme tune with Sarah Silverman – all in name of philanthropy.
