Weezer are heading back to Australia and New Zealand in February 2027, bringing Third Eye Blind and Fountains of Wayne with them.
The US rock favourites have announced their ‘Weezer: The Gathering’ tour, which will see Rivers Cuomo and co. take over arenas in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland, with fellow nostalgic alt-rockers Third Eye Blind and Fountains of Wayne in tow.
The shows will mark Weezer’s first Australian headline tour in 14 years, as well as Third Eye Blind and Fountains of Wayne’s first-ever New Zealand trip.

The tour comes in support of Weezer’s Gold album, released in August, which Rolling Stone gave a 4-star rating for.
“This band has been putting its own sidelong spin on rock rituals since ‘In the Garage,’ back in the Blue days, and they do it with real affection here too,” the review reads. “Turns out, after all of these years, Weezer being Weezer is still a good look.”
