The UK’s White Lies have released their long awaited 3rd album, BIG TV, which includes tracks ‘Getting Even’ and ‘There Goes Our Love Again’.

Speaking about BIG TV, the band’s frontman Harry McVeigh told NME: “It’s still quite a full-on sound, it’s just that with less guitars, and less of everything in general, you could hear things being played.”Anyone that was into us from the start and has seen us develop is going to really bloody love this album.”

White Lies released their debut album, To Lose My Life, in 2009. A U.K. number 1, the album went on to sell just short of one million copies worldwide and win ‘New Band of the Year’ accolades at both the Mojo & Q Awards.

Their second album, Ritual, followed in January 2011 to glowing reviews. By the end of that year they had played a rapturous sold-out show at London’s Wembley Arena (their biggest U.K. show to date), headlined a packed NME / Radio 1 tent at the Reading Festival and performed live on both the Late Show with David Letterman and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, two of the highest profile TV shows in the USA.

With ‘Big TV’ on the selves and is a must hear, so if you’re keen to get your hands on a copy you’re in luck as we’re giving a few away thanks to Universal Music Australia.
