Earlier this year, Pond blew the pants off Uncle Sam and Canada playing eight killer shows at Austin’s SXSW, CMW and garnering the attention of key American press and tastemakers. Upon their return hom they played two sold out Northcote Social Club shows in Melbourne and The Standard for Sydney folk, which also sold out.
The band are about to hit the road again to showcase their latest and fourth LP offering, Beards, Wives, Denim.
Bookending their appearance at Newcastle’s Fat As Butter festival, Pond will bring their everchanging live show to punters in Sydney and Melbourne this September, in what could be their last headlining shows for the year.
