The Amity Affliction Australian Tour 2014 has been announced with the Aussie hardcore heroes heading out on their biggest headline tour of the country to date.
Hitting the road in support of their recently released fourth album, Let The Ocean Take Me (released last Friday 6th June), The Amity Affliction Australian Tour 2014 will see the band joined by some of the hottest names in heavy music right now with a bevy of international and local support bands.
Along for the ride will be Brighton’s Architects, in their fifth tour Down Under coming after the release of new LP Lost Forever, Lost Together; American metalcore masters Issues, in their debut Australian visit; heavy-hitting Long Island ensemble Stray From The Path, following their first trip in 2013 supporting Northlane; Australia’s Deez Nuts will round out the bill, following their appearance at this month’s sold out Rampage Tour.
The Amity Affliction Australian Tour 2014 will see the QLD favourites taking Let The Ocean Take Me to fans in some of the largest rooms Amity have yet played, including the iconic Festival Hall in Melbourne, Hordern Pavilion in Sydney and Red Hill Auditorium in Perth. The band’s last three Australian tours saw them selling out multiple nights in each city, including a memorable performance at Brisbane’s Riverstage for the 2012 tour in support of the ARIA-topping Chasing Ghosts in 2012.

Tickets to the Amity Affliction Australian Tour 2014 will be available nationally from 9am, Friday 2oth June. A limited release VIP pre-sale will be made available at 9am, Thursday June 19th. Fans who buy tickets on June 19th will go into the draw to win a chance to stand side of stage during The Amity Affliction’s set.
Later this week the band will announce a worldwide headline tour taking in venues across Europe, and North America to meet demand for Let The Ocean Take Me internationally.
