Methyl Ethel just keep going from strength to strength. They’re now excited to announce that they’re now brothers in arms with the likes of The National, Grimes, Purity Ring, and more as the latest addition to the 4AD roster.
The band are set to celebrate their latest success by embarking on an eagerly anticipated national tour, which will see them hitting up select venues in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Sydney this April.
Since unveiling their widely hailed debut album, Oh Inhuman Spectacle, last year, the band have managed to garner acclaim at every turn, receiving high rotation on triple j and nabbing rave reviews at BIGSOUND.
The band have even begun making moves overseas. Methyl Ethel made their first US appearance during New York’s famous CMJ conference last year, leaving a lasting impression on the local tastemakers who are no doubt chomping at the bit to see them at SXSW next month.
