We don’t know about you, but since September we’ve had no problem getting our eight hours. We just turn on Tame Impala frontman Kevin Parker’s chilled-out bedtime mix and let the forty winks ensue.

That said, we probably could use some fresh tunes to fall asleep to. Luckily, Australian EDM wunderkind Flume has gone ahead and made his own bedtime mix for BBC Radio 1 and you can check it out now.

“Lately I’ve been writing more upbeat stuff mainly because I’ve been playing out at festivals,” Flume told host Phil Taggart. “It’s more fun to play the heavier stuff, but my playlist at home is super chill. It looks a lot like the playlist I’ve given you.”

As triple j reports, the mix goes for about half an hour (just enough time to slip into blissful slumber) and features cuts from the likes of Shlomo, Jamie xx, Little Dragon, Charles Murdoch, and chill-out legends Deep Forest.

Flume’s Bedtime Mix

Shlohmo – ‘Places’
Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti – ‘Baby’
Jamie xx – ‘Sound Sleep’
Darondo – ‘Didn’t I’
Little Dragon – ‘Twice’
Charles Murdoch – ‘No Lungs’
Deep Forest – ‘Sweet Lullaby (Leron & Yves Eaux Chill Mix)
