The announcement of the full festivities for Vivid Sydney has of course brought with it once again the full musical lineup set to rock the the city’s famous Opera House as part of Vivid LIVE, which this year includes New Order, Bon Iver, and more.

The first act of the Vivid LIVE lineup was announced last month as Anohni (previously known as Antony Hegarty of Antony and the Johnsons) and Oneohtrix Point Never, who will be debuting their incredible new work, ‘Hopelesness’.

This year will also see performances from local favourites Ta-ku and Hiatus Kaiyote, as well as internationally acclaimed composer Max Richter, who’ll be bringing his innovative and unique ‘Sleep’ project to Australia.

Punters will also get a chance to experience the aural onslaught that is Deafheaven, as well as appearances from the likes of Esperanza Spalding, Tiny Ruins, Wayne Shorter Quartet, Poliça, Goodgod Super Club, and many more.

Vivid LIVE runs from 27th May – 13th June 2016 at the Sydney Opera House as part of the city’s annual Vivid Sydney festival of light, music, and ideas. Vivid LIVE is the highlight of Sydney Opera House’s year-round contemporary music program.
