Sporting pounding rhythm, spacey synths and driving bass lines, the electro-dance quartet absolutely thrive in live environment, with our very own Tone Deaf reviewer claiming “how carefully the band have considered their live show” and that “the sheen of professionalism is undeniable.”

With a plethora of multi-platinum albums already under their belt, not only is the Adelaide four-piece in fine form after such a long absence but frontwoman Sarah Mcleod hasn’t lost an ounce of her creative spark since the band’s hiatus in mid-2004.

Dustin Tebbutt

Forsaking Australia in favour of a bleak and wintry Scandinavia to record his first solo work The Breach in isolation, Tebbutt’s returned to his homeland roots for his follow-up. ‘Home’ being the eponymous lead track of his upcoming 7 track mini-album, couldn’t be a more appropriate title as Sydney’s Dustin Tebbutt sets off on his own country-wide national tour in favour of his forthcoming release.

After a monumental performance at Splendour as well as recent on the road tours with the likes of Missy Higgins, Hozier as well as past collaborators The Kite String Tangle, Tebbutt has had more than enough experience to hone his live performance.

His tour kicks off the 18th of September, coinciding with the release of Home.

Angie

Arguably more of a globetrotter than anything, Sydney’s Angie was inspired by her travels around Croatia, Cambodia and Turkey during the writing process of her solo-album Turning in 2013. Now having spent the better portion of last year living in Paris before taking up an artist residency in Brazil to solidify her sophomore release of Free Agent, it’s hard not to feel inspired by Angie’s sense of Wanderlust that accompanies her songwriting.

Angie will be performing shows in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne in favour of Free Agent.
