After a smashing night out partying with us for Tone Deaf’s Supernatural Spring Break Without Wolves are heading up on an East Coast round trip touting their Lights Out In Finland tour.
Drawing comparisons that land somewhere between At The Drive In and We Are Scientists, Without Wolves have done their hometowns of Torquay and The Mornington Peninsula proud by integrating their aggressive indie pop into the surf scene after being invited to play Track mag’s yearly shindig as part of the Rip Curl Pro at Bells Beach.
Their new EP Lights Out In Finland was released yesterday and with inspiration from Bloc Party, Foals and Death From Above, their new single “Night Life Circus” apparently combines scratchy intricate guitars, 80’s inspired synth, pop bass lines, fast paced beats and distinct vocals. Catch ’em while you can.
