This new age folk album is one of a kind. It’s a little bit of country, a little folky, and slightly rock and roll. I can feel the coolness of this 4 piece band vibrating through the speakers, they truly are effortlessly dapper gents who play amazing music. The album has an overriding Americana vibe, with some songs sounding uniquely ‘deep- south’, and other songs contain more of a folk/acoustic sound. The track ‘If I Wanted Someone’, has a super catchy, repetitive chorus, that will definitely have you singing along to. Another key track is the song ‘How Far We’ve Come’; it looks back on the sentimental moments in life. The lyrics on this album paint the picture of an American life through the eyes of these Californian boys. A good wholesome album that is appealing to any generation.
