Arts Centre Melbourne and David M. Hawkins present as part of The New Hamer Hall Opening Season program: Macy Gray
Armed with multiple Grammys, MTV awards, more than 25 million units sold, Macy Gray has forged a career creating music that leaps genre barriers from experimental soul to alternative rock, from retro-disco to hip-hop.
With the 2012 album release of her new album Covered, a collection of handpicked songs reinterpreted in her own unique fashion, Melbourne audiences will be treated to a concert including some of the album tracks plus many of her own timeless tunes this September.
Arts Centre Melbourne has invited Macy to get intimate with the brand new state of the art acoustics of the New Hamer Hall as part of her national tour.
