The votes are in! Hand picked by you during the final stages of recording, Brisbane’s indie art 5-piece, Tin Can Radio have their brand new EP ‘Open Ears Open Mind’ (the spawn of the radical Audio Democracy Project) and is set to be released next Wednesday September 26. In support of the record, the band is hitting the road on a massive national tour starting this month!
The Audio Democracy Project saw the eclectic five-piece embrace a whole new concept — letting listeners decide what they want to hear. The response received was overwhelming, with an impressive number of votes cast.
Their latest single ‘It Goes On’, released last month has seen massive success picking up numerous Triple J plays, spins on FBI, PBS and community radio stations nationally. The indie-electro tune set tongues wagging and feet tapping.
With the EP produced by award winning ARIA producer Magoo, Tin Can Radio are eager to let them loose into the musical world. Having spent the last few months focusing solidly on the record and The Audio Democracy Project, the band is itching to get on the road for the national tour and start spreading their infectious joy throughout rural, remote and metro towns.
