With reports circulating across the US,  it has been understood that Red Hot Chili Peppers lead guitarist John Frusciante has left the band for a second time.  After personal issues and drug problems in the past Frusciante was originally replaced and then came back,   and now a close source told Music Radar that “mentally, John checked out a long time ago. He’s interested in doing his own thing, his own albums – the whole big rock band machinery just doesn’t appeal to him anymore.” His replacement, already said to be rehearsing with the band, is Josh Klinghoffer, who has played with many acts ranging from PJ Harvey to Dave Navarro.
