10 Years are one of the US’ most established and lauded rock outfits – a Billboard Number 1 Alternative Chart release, Number 1 chart positions on Rock Radio for various singles, MTV Music Video awards, a Family ValuesTour and tours with Korn, Mudvayne, Breaking Benjamin, Nonpoint, Disturbed and Hatebreed – all make up the chronicle that is 10 Years’ journey so far.
Now, they add a chapter to this chronicle. They are returning to Australian stages (Last seen here with Korn, Disturbed and Hatebreed in 2006)  alongside the mighty Dead Letter Circus and giving a special gift to Australian Fans – an Australian Exclusive Tour Edition of ‘From Birth to Burial’, their 7th studio record to date, to be released on September 18th.
The digital-only release will include two extra tracks – acoustic versions of ‘Luna’ and ‘Miscellanea’. Physical copies of the original 11-track record will be available in stores across the country on September 18th, just in time for the the band to arrive. 10 Years will set foot on Australian soil for the DLC tour throughout October, where they will join the tour from October 8th in Bendigo.
From Birth To Burial, (which will be available in Australia through Planet/MGM Distribution), is the most diverse, dark and unabashedly heavy offering from the post-grunge songsmiths. 10 Years blessed the world with Top 10 radio anthems like “Shoot It Out,” “Beautiful” and their breakthrough single, the Alt-Rock #1 “Wasteland.” From Birth To Burial represents the sum total of a decade of experience, channeled through exceptionally authentic hard rock music as timeless as it is loud.
10 Years join the Dead Letter Circus tour from October 7 in Ballarat at Karova Lounge and are visiting Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, ACT and Queensland on this run of shows. To celebrate,we’re giving readers the opportunity to score a about pass to the show of your choice – enter your details below for a chance to win!
