Last summer, Melbourne’s beloved Gasometer debuted its Collingwood Open series with a string of open-air shows that saw headliners including Gareth Liddiard, Dorsal Fins, and more, playing at dusk under an open roof and a starry sky.
Now, The Gaso is excited to announce the return of Collingwood Open. The concert series will be making its eagerly anticipated return this January with a stellar lineup including Lanie Lane, Steve Smyth, Cash Savage & The Last Drinks, and more.
Punters will also get to experience the reformation of Charlie Marshall & The Body Electric (with the original lineup including Warren Ellis and Jim White of Dirty Three), Oh Mercy’s first show following their ARIA win, and launches from Ella Hooper and more.
Best of all, this is only the beginning. The Gaso say you should be on the lookout for a second Collingwood Open announcement in the lead up to Christmas. Check below for the full first lineup. Tickets are on sale now.
