Prolific Minnesota indie rockers Low are set to return to Australia this April for their first tour in six years, including their first ever show at Melbourne Recital Hall.
Formed in 1993 around the husband-wife partnership of Alan Sparhawk and Mimi Parker, Low have an unrivalled musical legacy, comprising 11 albums and collabs with the likes of Steve Albini.
Low have also collaborated with the Dirty Three and had their songs recorded by Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant for his Grammy-nominated Band of Joy album.
Last year saw Low unveil Ones and Sixes, their most critically acclaimed album to date, which became a favourite amongst fans and a favourite of Aussie broadcaster Double J.
