After releasing the new track ‘I Love You But I’m Lost’ late last year, new-wave legends Tears For Fears are finally gearing up to release their first album in 14 years. As reported by Consequence Of Sound the iconic duo, Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith are currently wrapping up the recording of the album and aim to release it in the fall.
The news was revealed as the band announced the postponing of their upcoming UK and Ireland arena tour due to “unforeseen health concerns”. The dates have since been pushed forward to 2019.
“Tears for Fears apologise to their fans and are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused. They look forward to working on finishing material for their first new album in fourteen years, with the hope of releasing it this autumn” said the band in a statement.
