The best time of the year is almost upon Australian blues and roots lovers – the official Bluesfest lineup announcement is almost here.
After capping off 2018 with a huge lineup, featuring the likes of Robert Plant, Lionel Richie, Tash Sultana, The New Power Generation and more, punters are in for a massive 2019, with the initial lineup announcement set to drop on August 1st.
Bluesfest took to Instagram this morning to tease the impending announcement, noting that 2019’s instalment will be the 30th anniversary of the huge festival, so expect plenty of surprises and heroes of the genre heading down to Byron for the weekend.
