Counting Crows have shared an unreleased track from their debut 1993 record August and Everything After. The band have released the album’s previously unfinished titular track.

Counting Crows re-record the track last November with composer Vic Mendoza and the London Studio Orchestra, as Pitchfork reports. In a statement released, frontman Adam Duritz has shared:
“I never really thought much about this song back in the day because it wasn’t finished. But when we got the chance to work with Vince Mendoza, I thought it was a good time to rewrite it and get it right.

Last year, Counting Crows celebrated their 25th anniversary.
