Billy Corgan has announced that Smashing Pumpkins will be putting out a new EP, The catchy titled ‘Teargarden By Kaleidyscope Vol. II – The Solstice Bare’ comes out on November 23 on Martha’s Music/Rocket Science Venture. It features the tracks ‘The Fellowship’, ‘Freak’, ‘Tom Tom’ and ‘Spangled’, plus the unreleased B-side ‘Cottonwood Symphony’. Naturally it comes in a deluxe CD version as well as a 12 inch picture disc vinyl, but what everyone at his record company wants to know is, ‘when are you going to write something decent again Billy?’
