PSA, Halsey fans. Your girl is back.

The third album from Halsey is in the pipeline for a summer 2020 release, a record Australian fans might be able to get a taste of when the singer arrives in the country for the Falls Festival.

Manic is the name of Halsey’s new record, and it is due out on January 17th. It’ll be four years in between albums for the artist by the time it drops, with hopeless fountain kingdom being released back in 2017.

Halsey announced the album and a new song from it – ‘Graveyard’ – during a livestream, where she was filmed painting the album’s artwork.

Just because she hasn’t released a full record in a little bit hasn’t meant that Halsey’s been kicking back. Her collaboration with BTS threw her into the K-pop world, while she also appeared as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live earlier this year.

Halsey’s also had a pretty tops year of collaborations throughout 2019 too. Perhaps most notably, ’11 Minutes’ with Yungblud and Travis Barker, Juice WRLD’s ‘Without Me’, Lil Dicky’s ‘Earth’ and of course, ‘Boy With Luv’ with BTS – the latter of the bunch sitting pretty as the most-viewed video within its first 24 hours on YouTube.

Clearly, creating has remained at the top of Halsey’s list, whether it be music or visual art.
