This weekend saw Black Midi and 404 join forces for a charity show in London.

Appearing as “Black Mini”, the London band stormed the stage of Shacklewell Arms to deliver a blistering four-song cover set. Offering their take on classic tracks like Jimi Hendrix’s ‘Hey Joe’, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ ‘Give It Away’, Rage Against the Machine’s ‘Killing In The Name’ and, most importantly, Limp Bizkit’s call to arms anthem ‘Break Stuff’. The cover is complete chaotic bliss. You can check out fan-shot footage of the affair below.

October 2019 has been a golden era of Limp Bizkit covers. Earlier this month Pennsylvania pop-punk royalty The Wonder Years kicked off their Halloween Extravaganza tour.

The tour saw the band perform two sets for fans each night. The first set consists of The Wonder Years originals, whilst the second showcases the band in costume, working their way through covers. This year, the band decided to pay their respects to our grand nü-metal overlords.

Taking the stage as Limp Bizkit, Soupy and co. cracked off a perfect cover of Significant Other hit ‘Nookie’. Check it out below.
