In the second week of a new chart format, Kip Moore has gone to #1 on the The Music Network’s national County Hot 50.

Moore has gone to the top spot with his latest single, ‘She’s Mine.’

Despite its only recent release, Moore actually wrote ‘She’s Mine’ over ten years ago.

“The whole thing came about just from me coming from southern Georgia, kind of like a lot of people that are from there never really get out of those Southern walls,” Moore told Taste of Country.

“For me to be all the way on the other side of the country in a cafe and hitting it off with this girl years ago and telling my guitar player at the time, ‘I don’t know where it’s gonna come from or when I’m gonna be ready’ … the song is just about how I’m meeting people from all over,” he continued.

‘She’s Mine’ is the first taste of what’s to come on a new album from Kip Moore in 2020.

He is also one of the headliners for CMC Rocks QLD 2020.
