It looks like our weekend is becoming jam-packed with live stream gigs. The Beatles are streaming a sing-a-long version of their Yellow Submarine film, Andy King is putting on Room Service Festival, and LL Cool J is kicking off PlayOnFest on Friday. Now, there’s another activity in the works – an Oasis-only virtual house party.

Finally, I can add something to my sorry excuse for a social calendar, as there’s going to be a house party that I can attend without leaving the sofa, and one that I don’t have to throw (nor clean up after).

As we’ve hoped, prayed, wished, and petitioned for brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher to reunite and settle their differences, sometimes we just have to settle on listening to the brilliance of their music with like-minded people, which brings us to a club in London: Dingwalls.

Back in March, organisers Hannah Summers and Jon Beck conjured up the idea of an Oasis-only night, which played nothing but the tunes from the English rock collective for four continuous hours.

Not wanting people to miss out on the fun while we’re all stuck indoors, Summers and Beck have come up with a new idea – a virtual Oasis-only house party, with 90 minutes of continuous tunes.

Taking to Instagram, the Back To Back Club Nights announced they were going to be spinning the sensational band non-stop, after a successful Mad Fer It House Party that occurred earlier this month.

“We’ve decided it’s time to bring you another Oasis ONLY House Party this Friday,” they posted. “We had almost 6,000 Mad Fer It Oasis fans on the last broadcast and we wanna try and break the 10,000 barrier this time around so click ‘Going’ on the event page and like, comment and share with all your Oasis-loving mates.”

To tune in, all you’ve got to do is head to Back To Back Club’s website, and tune in to their stream that starts early Friday morning (sorry, it’ll be 4:55AM, but you can get to partying early), and be ready for them to spin nothing but Oasis while you have your morning brekky.
