Columbus are back, baby. The three-piece returned all guns blazing with single ‘Can’t Hide From What Hurts’, last year and we’ve been chomping at the bit waiting for a follow up ever since. We’re thrilled to announce that the day has finally come, the band are back with a cutting new single ‘Out Of Time’.

The timely cut addresses the generational anxieties and neurosis that are subtly, but profoundly wearing us thin every day.

“’Out Of Time’ is a song I wrote about my experience with the persistent background static of worry that fills our heads, and often goes unnoticed,” explains vocalist Alex Moses. “It’s so easy to feel an overwhelming sense of dread or helplessness towards situations in our lives, let alone towards a global pandemic disease. ‘Out Of Time’ is about my own personal realisation that worry and dread are shortening our lives, and we are all in fact – if we choose to be – running out of time.”

Columbus again teamed up with producer Joel Quartermain (Meg Mac / G Flip), with mixing and mastering done by stateside by Jay Maas (State Champs / Citizen / Title Fight) at his studio in Massachusetts, and Alan Douches at West West Side Music in New York respectively.
