Esther Hannaford has announced she is hitting the road to once again perform hits from Carole King’s iconic album Tapestry

In order to celebrate Tapestry‘s 50th anniversary, Hannaford will tour across the country throughout April and May.

The tour will mark a return to performing King‘s songs for Hannaford, who played her in the first Australian production of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical back in 2o17.

At the time, Hannaford received rave reviews for her portrayal of King, as well as a prestigious Helpmann Award for Best Female Actor in a Musical.

The 2021 50th anniversary tour will see Hannaford perform Tapestry in its entirety, as well as some other King tracks and songs she wrote for fellow famous artists.

Tickets for the tour go on sale at 10 am local time on Thursday, February 4th, while My Live Nation members have access to a presale at 10 am, Wednesday, February 3rd.
