Milly Strange – “The Last Time”
“The Last Time” showcases Milly Strange’s talent for crafting intimate, raw songs that hit close to home, continuing her exploration of grief. She describes the track as reflecting on relationships that have ended repeatedly and deep friendships that have fallen apart.
REDD HOT! “MESSY.” is a full-throttle pop-punk banger, packed with edgy guitars, driving drums, and raw, shout-along vocals. It’s chaotic, energetic, and unapologetically MESSY.

Coming off of their big showcase at BIGSOUND, we have rising Naarm-based rockers sleepazoid with punchy, guitar-heavy track “NEW AGE”. sleepazoid delivers a high-energy rock track that hits hard and leaves an impression.

While the group usually hides their melodic flair beneath fast frenzied tempos, free-jazz sax bursts, and jagged guitars, “Alastair” slows things down to reveal a newfound warmth. This track serves as one of the latest previews from their debut album The Sky Is Falling, which is set to release in mid-October.

Jewel Owusu – “this is the end”
Finally, we have the title track from Jewel Owusu’s recent EP, this is the end. Jewel effortlessly floats over a soft, DnB-inspired instrumental, pairing her lush, captivating vocals with rich, atmospheric production. Every time I listen to a Jewel Owusu track, I’m left in awe, and this one only reinforces why she’s so mesmerising.
