After more than two years away from the stage, San Cisco are getting the band back on the road.

The Fremantle indie-pop favourites have announced Part 1 of their ‘Miles Away’ Regional Tour, with shows across the East Coast of Australia. The tour will kick off in Rockhampton on November 18th, before making stops in Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Newcastle, Wollongong and Canberra. See full dates below.

Tickets are on sale now here, with further dates – Part 2, if you will – set to be announced.

The shows will mark the return to the stage for Jordi Davieson, Josh Biondillo and Scarlett Stevens, with the latter back behind the drums after becoming a mum. The tour shares its name with San Cisco’s forthcoming single, “Miles Away”, which arrives on October 15th and marks the band’s first new music since their 2024 album, Under the Light.

“‘Miles Away’ is a song about being together, but alone, loving someone deeply while feeling them retreat somewhere you cannot follow. But don’t worry – it’s all wrapped up in a sugary pop song so it’s easy to swallow!” Davieson said of the track.

The new single begins the next chapter for San Cisco following Under the Light, their fifth studio album. The record continued a career that has seen the group build an international following with tracks including “Awkward”, “Run” and “Too Much Time Together”.

Alongside the new material, San Cisco are promising plenty of familiar favourites when they return to the stage in November.

“We are so ready to get out on the road and visit some of our fave regional towns on the East Coast! We’ve got a small selection of fresh tracks to throw in the mix including our soon to be released single ‘Miles Away’! We can’t wait to have a singalong and dance with you all! Let’s party! We’ve missed you all dearly,” the band said.
