Heading out in support of new single ‘Breaking to Breathe’ about to hit the airwaves, Floatingme have announced a national tour in support of the track, which apart from being on their self titled debut album, is also available for free download onthe band’s website.
Since the release of their eponymous self-titled debut album this year, the Sydney five piece have toured with Shihad, Dead Letter Circus and packed them in on a co headline tour with Thousand Needles in Red.
Supported by Triple J, the band feature some of Australia’s best known prog metal practitioners, including vocalist Andrew Gillespie, guitarist Antony Brown and keyboards Tobias Messiter of’90s Sydney band Scarymother, along with drummer Lucius Borich of influential prog rock trio Cog, and Jon Stockman of Karnivool on bass.
