Eliza & The Delusionals are here to cure heartache and have you dancing in your kitchen, self-isolation style.

On second EP A STATE OF LIVING IN AN OBJECTIVE REALITY, Eliza Klatt is more self-assured and decisive than ever.

‘Just Exist’, with its building wash of guitars and that excellent vocal burst at the 2:50 mark, saw Alt Nation/SiriusXM add the song to high rotation and clock over 1.3 million streams.

Meanwhile ‘Swimming Pool’ shows off the band’s storytelling prowess:

“[It’s] is about diving back into bad decisions and feeling stuck in something you can’t get out of,” said Klatt. “I wrote the lyrics when I could feel myself growing out of my relationship but I didn’t know how to handle it, so I would just stay where I was and keep repeating the same things that weren’t helping me.”

Eliza & The Delusionals master the art of existing on their brand new EP, challenging the woes and worrisome walls that life can throw our way with fragile bombast. ‘Just Exist’ has no right to be as soul-crushing as it is, and if your heart is aching in any way, this EP is just what you need.
