Ariana Grande fans have been bombarded with swastika flyers at the singer’s recent show in California.
Usually whenever you go to a concert, you’re expecting the event to be free from any sort of hate speech.
Unless you happen to stop by gigs from bands within the unfortunately-real neo-fascist music genre, any references to racial hatred usually tend be looked down upon by almost everyone in attendance.
However, Ariana Grande fans were recently given a crash course in hateful propaganda, after a drone reportedly dropped swastika-laden flyers on fans outside of the singer’s Sacramento concert last Friday.
According to a report by the Sacramento State Hornet, a number of flyers were dropped upon “hundreds” of waiting fans, with differing messages that seemed to share anti-media sentiments.

Some of the flyers – which included phrased such as “STOP THE PRESS” and “Who’s [sic] side are you on?” – included a copyright mark naming Tracy Mapes as the alleged culprit of the drop.
Mapes, who is a 57-year-old resident of Sacramento, had reportedly been arrested for dropping similar flyers over NFL games in recent years.
This distribution of flyers also happened to occur at the same location as a fundraising dinner for the Sacramento State university, with President Robert Nelsen issuing a statement explaining that they will attempt to “stop whoever did this”.
“Sacramento State condemns in the strongest terms the dissemination of hate speech and propaganda Friday evening at our annual fundraising dinner on the Guy West Bridge,” Nelsen explained.
“The anonymous act of spreading such vile material is offensive and runs counter to the principles of inclusion and diversity practiced at Sac State.”
“It did not stop the event, nor will it slow our march toward greater understanding and commitment to the rights and safety of our campus community,” he added.
