Ashnikko has confirmed her return to Australian and New Zealand stages, set to take place across September 2026.
The US pop provocateur will perform six shows across both countries, marking her comeback following her recent opening slot for Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft arena tour. Ashnikko demonstrated her appeal to Australian crowds earlier this year, performing to tens of thousands of fans across Eilish’s 12-date tour.
Her upcoming headlining shows promise to showcase material from her forthcoming second album Smoochies, which arrives on October 17th via Warner Music Australia.
MG Live and Frontier Touring have confirmed that the tour will commence in New Zealand before moving to Australia for five dates across major cities (see full dates below).
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, September 19th at 10am local time. The Frontier Member pre-sale begins on Wednesday, September 17th at 10am local time.
The announcement coincides with the release of new single “Sticky Fingers”, described as Ashnikko at her most audacious, blending playful bravado with unapologetic self-assurance (listen below).
Smoochies represents a significant evolution from her 2023 debut Weedkiller, taking a more autobiographical approach while expanding her distinct hybrid-pop sound. The 15-track album emerges from what the artist describes as “a place of radical joy at a time when the world has never felt more threatening for femmes and marginalised communities.”
