Bad//Dreems have been busy on the recorded music front lately, simply too busy nabbing big-time support slots with the likes of post-hardcore legends At The Drive-In and Australian rock veterans The Living End.

But that’s about to change. They’ve just unveiled their brand new single, ‘Mob Rule’, and it serves as the first taste of the Adelaide four-piece’s eagerly anticipated second album, which is set to drop early next year.

Ahead of their sold-out tour with Newtown sons DMA’s, Bad//Dreems have unveiled yet another bleak yet vivid dissection of Australia’s cultural decay. “Face full of black soot, right wing, left foot“, Ben Marwe sings on ‘Mob Rule’.

The song is one of a handful recorded earlier this year with legendary Australian producer Mark Opitz (INXS, Cold Chisel, The Angels) and engineer Colin Wynne in their West Brunswick studio. Check it out below.
