Ball Park Music have been a pretty in-demand band for these last few months. After releasing their brilliant single ‘Exactly How You Are’ last year (which scored a very respectable #18 in this year’s Hottest 100), the group recently released their newest album, Good Mood, only a matter of weeks ago. Now, they’re bringing the tunes to you, the people, with the upcoming Groovin The Moo tour.

Groovin The Moo is set to kick off in just over a month, and this year includes a stellar lineup which features the likes of Paul Kelly, Alex Lahey, Portugal. The Man, Duke Dumont, Royal Blood, Claptone, and of course, Ball Park Music.

In celebration of Ball Park Music’s new album and their upcoming slot on the Groovin The Moo lineup, we decided to get them into the Tone Deaf office for an interview… with a bit of a twist. Yes, rather than the regular back and forth of a face-to-face interview, we decided to let the band’s members express their artistic capabilities by painting their responses.

From questions about what would the ideal backstage rider be, to their favourite cartoon character, Sam Cromack and Jennifer Boyce managed to artistically answer these questions better than we could’ve expected.

Check out the full video below, and read on for more information about this year’s Groovin The Moo festival.
