Barack Obama has shared his annual list of top songs in 2020 via a Spotify playlist, and wow, the man’s got taste.

The former US President has become known for recommending a slew of bangers in his yearly playlist, and his newest edition is no exception.

This year’s 30-song playlist features an eclectic mix of hip hop, pop, indie and rock artists, from Phoebe Bridgers to Megan Thee Stallion.

On top of giving props to emerging artists, Obama also included new tracks from icons like Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen.

Taking to Twitter to share the playlist, Obama credited his daughter Sasha for helping him discover the tracks.

“Here are some of my favourite songs of the year. As usual, I had some valuable consultation from our family music guru, Sasha, to put this together. I hope you find a new song or two to listen to,” he said.
