Earlier today Record Store Day shared its list of exclusive releases for this years Black Friday event. Amongst those releases was a brand new 12-inch from Ben Stiller‘s high school punk band Capital Punishment.
Last month, the band released their only LP Roadkill through Captured Tracks. The band also teased that they would be releasing new material. Recorded 35 years after the band’s break-up, This Is Capital Punishment features four new tracks and a re-recorded version of Roadkill’s “Confusion”. The EP is set to be pressed on translucent blue vinyl and is limited to 1,500 copies. It’s out on November 23rd.
