Earlier this month, Chance the Rapper vowed to donate $1 million USD to mental health service’s across Chicago. This announcement came after he announced that he will be pledging $2.2 million to local Chicago public schools. Now the most generous rapper in the business has acted as an undercover Lyft driver to raise funds, as Consequence of Sound reports.

The campaign saw a partnership between lift and the rappers SocialWorks initiative New Chance Fund. The rapper transported random passengers around Chicago. The video is extremely wholesome, most of the passengers didn’t recognize Chance until he revealed his identity at the end of the ride. Although the video starts with a bewildered Randall who recognizes Chance immediately, asking him “Do you know who you are?”.

In a statement released alongside the video, chance has shared “Together, Lyft and I have been giving back with Round Up & Donate for SocialWorks’ New Chance Fund. Now, we’re having some fun in my hometown, Chicago, as I go undercover as a Lyft driver. I hope this video encourages even more folks to give back just by taking a Lyft.”
