Chance The Rapper has released four new songs ahead of his headlining performance at the Special Olympics 50th anniversary concert. After an interview with the Chicago tribune confirmed a new Chance album was coming this week, The rapper himself tweeted yesterday that the album would not be out this week.

However, about half an hour ago four new tracks appeared on the artist’s Apple Music site in Australia only.  Listen to “Work Out,” “Wala Cam,” “I Might Need Security,” and “65th and Ingleside” below.

Chance’s last full length release was the Grammy award winning Colouring Book in 2016. The album streamed exclusively on Apple Music for two weeks before hitting other streaming services. It was also the first streaming only album to win a Grammy.

Since Colouring Book, the artist has released a christmas mixtape with Jeremih. He also performed a brand new song called “First World Problems” on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert”.

We might not have gotten the C4 album we were all hoping for, but four new tracks aren’t bad. Also on a completely different note. When you write about Chance The Rapper and you refer to him as “The rapper” do you capitalise “rapper” even though for other rappers you wouldn’t? I’m really confused. Help.
