In what could possibly be the worst headline in human history, Tesla CEO and pop culture juggernaut Elon Musk has dropped his debut single.

The track, penned ‘#RIPHarambe’ is an ode to Harambe, the gorilla that was killed after a 3-year-old boy climbed into his enclosure at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden.

The track was uploaded onto Musk’s record labels SoundCloud page Emo G Records.  “This might be my finest work,” Musk said of the track. It has been listened to over 300,000 times since it was uploaded on Sunday.

“RIP Harambe/Sipping on some Bombay/We on our way to heaven/Amen, Amen
RIP Harambe/Smoking on some strong/In the gorilla zoo/And we thinking about you.” Listen to the song below.

Listen: ‘RIP Harambe’ – Elon Musk

Back in July last year, Elon Musk confirmed all our suspicions that he was indeed a Juggalo. This was revealed after it was discovered that Juggalo makeup is not detectable by facial recognition, a breakthrough that inspired Musk to express his excitement with a simple “Whoop whoop”.

In other Elon Musk news, in November last year he inspired Bring Me The Horizon frontman Oli Sykes to release a Musk-inspired jacket, through his label Drop Dead clothing. The jacket featured the phrase “WE FEED THE SIMULATION” and was inspired by Musk’s belief that humanity is living inside a simulation.

Bring Me The Horizon will be hitting Australian shores later this month for their First Love tour. The band will be playing arenas in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Tour dates and ticket information below.
