Just one month ago, punters were treated to the dates for the 2019/20 edition of the Falls Festival. Now, we’ve received the lineup we’ll be grooving to as we go from this yer into the next.
Ever since the Falls Festival first kicked things off back in 1993, it’s slowly grown into one of those events that serves as a rite of passage for most Aussie music-lovers.
Following a massive year in 2018/19 that featured Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Catfish And The Bottlemen, and more, punters were wondering just how organisers could produce a lineup that could top that one.
Well, just weeks after revealing the dates for the forthcoming event, Falls Festival organisers have done just that, today announced the stunning lineup that fans will be swooning to later this year.

Kicking things off is none other than Halsey, who will be making her return after a headline tour in 2018, and a visit with Yungblud back in 2019, who you’ll also find on the bill this year.
However, the indie-rock lovers will be overjoyed to see that Vampire Weekend will be making their long-awaited return, performing more than just a single show in Australia for the first time since 2014.
It doesn’t end there though, with the likes of Disclosure, Of Monsters And Men, Lewis Capaldi, Milky Chance, Banks, and The Japanese House serving as some of our fine international guests.
Meanwhile big names like Peking Duk, PNAU, Dope Lemon, Vera Blue, G Flip, Thelma Plum, and some young singer called John Farnham holding it down for the Aussie representation.
While there’s plenty more still be unveiled, special guests will also appear around the country, with Byron Bay copping a set from Tash Sultana, Lorne playing host to What So Not, Marion Bay welcoming Wolfmother, and Fremantle adding Matt Corby to the bill.
Tickets to the 2019/20 edition of the Falls Festival go on sale from 9am local time on Wednesday, August 14th, while a Visa pre-sale kicks off from 9am on Monday, August 12th, giving punters a chance to win some special prizes if they cop their tickets through that method.
