The Drones front man Gareth Liddiard put out a solo record, Strange Tourist, last year which was one hell of a release. Lucky fans got to see him in some relatively intimate shows, the Melbourne performance leaving our reviewer grasping for superlatives to describe the remarkable gig.

Those who were lucky enough to catch the shows and those who missed out will be rushing to secure tickets with the news that he’s going back out on the road and taking one of Australia’s other greatest artists, Dan Kelly, along with him. Kelly released one of the albums of last year with Dan Kelly’s Dream making it into many best of lists and this double whammy lineup will no doubt sell out. Grab your tickets now!
