Hype is steadily building around the digital EP from Scottish indie-rock collective Glasvegas, out 4th July via Cooking Vinyl. To add a little more fuel to the proverbial fire, a video has landed for lead single ‘Secret Truth’.

The bands lead vocalist James Allan described the track as “two people; one’s on a sinking ship and one’s on a raft, moving away” and with scenes of two fish swimming in a bowl, coupled with rapid-fire images of the group performing live and enthralling animations – it creates a deep, dark vibe perfect for the melancholic tone of the song. The dying minutes of the clip is detailed by Allan’s speech, talking his thoughts on relationships (both human and objective) from what we can only understand are his deep inner emotions.

We recommend this in a sombre environment, you should probably be sitting down, and give yourself a few minutes to take it all in.
