Regional festival Groovin The Moo has announced its 2019 dates and locations. The festival will make its return to long-standing sites in Wayville, Maitland, Bendigo, Townsville and Bunbury. It has relocated its Canberra leg to Exhibition Park, after an eight-year slog at the University of Canberra.
