Good news today, as legendary hard rock band Helmet are returning to Australian shores for a five show tour in April of 2017.

The band have been around for some 27 years now, and will be picking from eight studio albums of uncompromising, sonically brutal, guitar driven rock when they arrive.

Whilst many of their contemporaries may have slowed down, turned into parodies of themselves or just given up, entirely Helmet show no signs of doing the same, continuing to release new material – including 2016’s Dead To The World.

Helmet’s 2017 tour will see them playing the classic album Betty in full from start to finish, alongside fan favourites and a selection of tracks from the Dead To The World album. This is the band’s first tour since 2013, so the four piece will no doubt have a point to prove.
