From the artist who brought you the catchy soundtrack to that iPod Nano ad that went something like ‘1,2,3,4, tell me that you love me more’, Feist is back with a new release entitled ‘How Come You Never Go There’. Yes, I realise there should be a question mark there, but artists have poetic license too, right?

This track has a slower, less quirky appeal than Feist’s previous hits and instead is replaced with a sexy, jazz-orientated time signature and a subtle but intense bridge featuring a low brass rumblings and deep, delicate organ riffs.

If you like Cat Power, you’ll lap this song up. Looking forward to the full album in late October.
