Jack White has been inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in America, because why not. His custom-made bat will be inducted into the hall.
White is a well known supporter of the Detroit Tigers, and in general a big fan of baseball. Pitchfork reports that a custom made bat he used in a charity game in March was specifically requested by the president of the Hall of Fame, Jeff Idelson.
The musician recently announced a new live album available only on vinyl through his Third Man Records Vault subscription. He’s also been pretty busy touring and rocking up randomly to schools and playing gigs. His last album was Boarding House Reach released in March.
