John and Miles Legend

Chrissy Teigen, who is currently married to John Legend, posted this adorable video of son Miles playing piano with his dad, and it is absolutlely everything that you need to keep on going today.

On Saturday, Chrissy Teigen posted a video to Instagram in which John Legend and their one-year-old son, Miles, play ‘My Favorite Things’ together on the piano. Well, John Legend is playing and singing, and Miles is doing some experimental improvising on the side. It is all extremely adorable, and you need to see it immediately.

Musician-come-actor John Legend finally achieved his EGOT status last year, and he was also the youngest person to do so.

EGOT status is awarded to those who have won all four major annual American entertainment awards, the Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Awards. There are only thirteen people in history to have achieved such a feat. Legend has joined the ranks of artists like Audrey Hepburn, Whoopi Goldberg and Mel Brooks. To top it all off, he has done all this before 40 years old, making him the youngest person to do so.

At the Creative Emmy Awards, Legend took home an award for Outstanding Variety Special (Live) for his role on Jesus Christ Superstar, Live in Concert.

Legends’ career has been illustrious, he has picked up 10 Grammy awards. He has won an Oscar for Best Original Song for his song ‘Glory’, which featured in the 2014 film Selma. And a Tony for Best Revival of a Play for his work on Jitney.

Before Miles Theodore Stephens was born, Chrissy Teigen took to Twitter to share how naming came about for the brother of Luna.

“Names are tough. What I learned was never share your ideas.

“If you have a name idea, somebody is going to be like ‘No, I knew a person by that name in high school and they were gross.’ That always happens.

“John picked Luna so I decided I get to pick this one. I don’t know what to do. Take it to Twitter.”
