KISS have been forced to deny reports that drummer Eric Singer had been hospitalised, calling it nothing more than a “hoax”.

Earlier this week, a number of publications began to report that KISS drummer Eric Singer had been rushed to hospital following their Sunday night show in Cleveland, Ohio.

According to a since-deleted post on Facebook from Ohio musician Bill Peters, Singer was taken to a local ER after suffering from blood clots.

However, both Eric Singer and the rest of KISS have now taken to social media to deny these reports.

“Evidently there are people who think it is cool/funny to have ‘fake’ Facebook accounts and play pretend,” Singer wrote on Facebook yesterday. “I am fine and just played Cleveland (hometown) last night.”

Likewise, KISS’ official Instagram page also confirmed that these rumours were false, noting that “Eric Singer is absolutely fine and there is no truth to any fake health reports.”

Of course, news of any health issues wouldn’t exactly have shocked fans of the band, with both vocalist Paul Stanley and founding guitarist Ace Frehley being hospitalised back in 2016 for seperate health concerns.

In related news, KISS are currently out on their End Of The Road world tour, which kicked off in Canada back in January.

The final tour for the group, the rock icons are set to make their way down to Australia later this year for what is bound to be a stunning send-off for the musical legends. Check out all the details below.
