An overzealous venue webmaster has accidentally leaked the news that three founding members of legendary influential stoner rock band Kyuss have announced they are getting back together to tour Europe under the name Kyuss Lives. Featuring original members vocalist John Garcia, bassist Nick Oliveri and drummer Brant Bjork , the group will be joined by guitarist Bruno Fevery. Original guitarist Josh Homme won’t be joining them, still occupied with Queens of the Stone Age, Eagles of Death Metal and Them Crooked Vultures. Since the band broke up in 1995 and all members went to success elsewhere, they are revered as the pioneers of desert stoner rock. Look out for dates to be announced soon.
